Delivery
Products will be dispatched within 5 working days of receipt of order, though
often sooner. If there is any problem with the order which will cause delay then
you will receive an email within 48 hours and you can then choose whether you
wish to proceed with the order or not. If for any reason you require a faster
delivery or a confirmed date then please do not hesitate to contact us by phone
or email. Goods are always delivered by Royal Mail, but will require a signature
upon arrival. Cost of Postage and Packaging will be added onto your order at the
checkout.

Packaging
All items will be individually packaged in Forgery gift packaging and then
securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
Unwanted items.
We will accept returns of goods not worn, used or damaged for a full refund when
accompanied by the original proof of purchase for a period of 14 days from date
of delivery. Please keep all packaging materials and return goods as they were
sent to you. Items must be in a resaleable condition. Earrings cannot be
returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons. We recommend that you package the
item carefully and use a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be responsible
for items lost or damaged in transit. You will be responsible for any return
delivery charges. Please be aware that the charge for delivery for the original
order is non refundable. For shipments outside the European community,
international customs duties and sales taxes are also non refundable .
Faulty goods.
We advise customers to inspect their purchase before removing tags or before
disposing of original packaging. Faulty Items will only be accepted if the goods
are delivered to the customer damaged or if there is a subsequent manufacturing
fault within a period of 6 months. Returned items will be inspected and if
damage appears to be due to fair wear and tear then it will not be accepted as
faulty. Where possible items may be repaired, alternatively an exchange or
refund will be offered.
