Forgery reserves the right to change, modify, substitute or remove, without notice, any information on this site, as deemed necessary by Forgery.

Quality
All items offered for sale by Forgery are uniquely designed and then manufactured to the highest quality. Forgery takes every care to ensure that items supplied match product descriptions but please be aware that slight variations can occur due to the hand crafted nature of many items. Please also note that Web browsers and individual monitors may cause minor colour variations. We want to ensure that you can be confident of making a secure, risk-free purchase from us so in the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase in any way, then items can be returned for an exchange or refund.

Price and Payment
The price for all products is, as shown on the website and includes VAT. Prices are subject to change, without notice, at the discretion of Forgery Ltd. Postage and Packaging charges will be added as you proceed to the checkout but will always be confirmed with you before a payment is taken. Secure payment can be made by all major credit and debit cards when ordering online. Should you prefer to pay by cheque then please contact Forgery directly for instructions. Please note that all cheques will need to be cleared through the bank prior to goods being dispatched. Title of goods will pass to you at the point when payment is received to our account.

Postage and Packaging
All items will be individually packaged in Forgery gift packaging and then securely packed to prevent damage during transit. All orders are dispatched by Royal Mail. For a safe and guaranteed delivery, a signature will be required upon arrival. All delivery dates quoted are given in good faith. Refunds and Exchanges
At Forgery, we hope that your purchase will be cherished for years to come. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase then it is possible to return it, unworn and with proof of purchase, to Forgery for an exchange or refund.
